Viveka Feimanis has built her reputation on something increasingly rare in the world of destination weddings : genuine, unhurried attention.
She takes on only a small number of weddings each year, a deliberate choice that means no client is ever an afterthought and the talented contractors and suppliers she works with consistently deliver their best.
Originally from Sweden, Viveka arrived on the French Riviera in 2004, intending to stay for just one month. More than two decades later, the Riviera has become home. She co-founded Scandinavian Catering in 2008, before choosing in 2017 to focus entirely on wedding and event planning, building strong relationships along the way with some of the region's most respected venues, florists, caterers and artisans.
For international clients, particularly from Northern Europe, working with Viveka feels less like hiring a planner and more like enlisting a trusted friend who happens to know every corner of the Côte d'Azur. She brings calm where there might otherwise be chaos, delivering a wedding day that reflects the couple completely, not a template, but a story.
Beyond weddings, Viveka brings the same careful, considered approach to corporate events, team-building experiences and conferences. For clients who fall so thoroughly in love with the South of France that they want to stay, she is also an estate agent for Wretman Estate, helping many former wedding clients find their dream home on the Riviera.
