Our story and why we can help you

My husband is originally from Saint-Raphaël, and we honestly never imagined we’d find such an opportunity to build our own home in a location this beautiful. We feel very lucky and are genuinely happy to help other families with the remaining 3 plots.

The plots are located in a town called Boulouris, in Saint-Raphaël. It’s close to the city centre, train station, and many picturesque beaches. Coming from London, it was important for us to be in a town that’s open year-round, with a good mix of restaurants, shops, and things to do.

Saint-Raphaël also has a large international community - many families from the UK and US have relocated here. We often meet for drinks, playdates, BBQs - it’s a really friendly and supportive group.

What I personally love about Saint-Raphaël is that it offers a calmer lifestyle than places like Nice, while still being very well connected. We’re just one train stop (20 minutes) from Cannes, around 45 minutes to Nice, and about 50 minutes to Saint-Tropez. It’s perfectly positioned with Monaco and the Italian border on one side, and the Var region and St-Tropez on the other. And with sunshine most of the year, it’s amazing for outdoor activities - I’m sure you’ll fall in love when you visit!

The plot sizes are approximately 850m² and allow for 3–4-bedroom villas. With the right team, building is about 30% cheaper than buying on the open market. We’re working with our family’s trusted construction team - they’ve built several homes here over the past decade, and we’re now helping other families do the same.

One of our current clients, a lovely family from Malta, has already purchased one of the plots - we’re now in the building phase together. You’re more than welcome to speak with them if that’s helpful.

I can walk you through the full details and pricing on a consult call, but in short, you’ll be able to build a custom villa (including land) for under €1 million. Once completed, the estimated value of the finished villa is between €1.3M and €1.4M - especially since new builds in this area are so rare. It’s a truly unique opportunity.
