As the self-proclaimed ‘Breath Chef’, Kate Tarratt Cross has something different to offer guests who join her Go With the Glow international retreats - an innovative focus on the two main life forces, which are transferred into energy in our cells - food + air.
Breathwork sessions are a signature element, facilitated with immersive headsets and the SOMA breathing technique. With only a handful of local SOMA facilitators, her approach is unique alongside its integration with culinary coaching, offering a nutrient-dense, plant-powered, holistic, experiential journey that participants can feel.
Through tailored coaching, she guides participants in making conscious dietary choices and teaches them to cook in a joyful, intuitive way, turning nourishment into a deeply personal practice.
Beginning her creative career building and running an arts centre in Haiti, her interest in cooking developed whilst working on a well-known sailing boat, and has since led her to nourish a famous world-class athlete for the past six years.
Today, her mission is clear: to provide sustainable tools for energy, creativity, and joy, so that participants can continue the transformation long after the retreat ends.

Each month, you’ll embark on a new adventure inspired by a different country. You’’ll explore energising breathwork, cook delicious dishes, and take part in mindful rituals that awaken the senses.
